Rachel Clay

Rachel joined our client care team from the offset having spent over 20 years in the profession working at a large equine hospital in a client facing role.

Her extensive knowledge and experience meant she slotted in seamlessly and continues to provide a high class service to all our clients and patients.
She loves meeting new & existing clients, and their animals and being able to support them in times of uncertainty.
Being local herself means she has knowledge of the area.
She is Co-chair of Governors at a local primary school, a position she has continued since her own children left.
Her house is not only home to her husband and children but also many four legged family members including a bouncy Rottweiler and energetic Cockador! Very often you can find her practicing agility with her Cockador.
